USAIN Bolt will attempt to be the first man to win three back-to-back Olympic 100m titles, but he has a semi final to get through first.

Here’s all you need to know as the 29-year-old aims for his seventh Olympic gold on the athletics track.

When and where can we see the final?

Bolt will take to the starter blocks for the semi-final at 1am on Monday morning and, should he win that, the final starts at 225am.
