Crieff Archery Club held its 24th annual outdoor championships on Sunday at the town’s Braidhaugh playing fields.
Archers shot both Recurve and Compound bows. The maximum score possible was 810 points.
At the conclusion of shooting, the overall Recurve Champion was Emma Borrie with a score of 674.
The overall Compound champion was Alex Cargill, who shot 796.
His score was four points ahead of the current Scottish record for Compound archers for that type of round – although the event itself was not being recorded by the relevant governing body.
The handicap award – shot for in memory former vice-president Nick Butcher and donated by his wife, Rose, and daughter Roisin – was won by Stuart O’Donnell. Roisin presented the trophy.
The club thanked Crieff and Strathearn RFC for its support.
