NOVEMBER is a great time to snap up a new home with developers offering incentives in the race to shift remaining properties before the year ends.
Miller Homes are among a number of housebuilders with offers on selected properties.
At their Keepers Gate development in Broomhouse, Glasgow, their four-bedroom Mitford home, priced £258,000, is available using part exchange. Miller are also offering to make a contribution towards Land and Buildings Transaction Tax.
The development has easy links to Glasgow city centre and the central belt, together with a good mix of schools and leisure facilities nearby.
The Mitford features an open-plan family kitchen and living space, a large lounge with bay window and a study.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large en-suite. Three further bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the home.
At Miller’s Glen Almond development in Kirkliston on the outskirts of Edinburgh, part exchange is available on selected plots including the five-bedroom Dewar, priced from £274,995, which also includes a flooring package.
The house features a generous lounge with a French window and Juliet balcony, as well as a large kitchen/dining area, family bathroom, additional WC and master en-suite.
Louise Caldwell, sales director for Miller in the west of Scotland, said: “This is a very busy time of year for us, working towards early December entries. We have some great incentives.”

CALA are offering part exchange or a contribution towards LBTT with flooring and landscaped gardens also included on their remaining three-bedroom Arthur homes at The Meadow development in the Edinburgh suburb of Currie.
The two remaining Arthurs include the showhome, priced at £365,000. Both properties have a large kitchen and dining area, utility, living room, hall and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, a galleried landing leads to a master bedroom with en suite, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Estate agents Allen & Harris are offering incentives at Kellcon Homes’ Broomfield Crescent development in Barmulloch, Glasgow.
Buyers of the remaining eight homes will not have to pay the £500 reservation fee, with prices from £122,000 for the two-bed mid-terrace Linnet, up to £138,000 for the three-bed, semi-detached Kingfisher.
Broomfield Crescent will be a mix of 124 two and three-bed homes, with open-plan living spaces, integrated kitchen appliances, fitted wardrobes and turfed front gardens.
Help to Buy (Scotland) is also available, allowing eligible buyers to secure a home with just a five per cent deposit.
With so many incentives, November is a great time for buyers to look for those added extras that could see you end the year in style.
