Leigh Griffiths has already played an elf in Celtic’s Christmas video … and now he’s taking the role of Santa with a generous donation to a fan.
Celtic supporter Joe Doran asked the Hoops striker on Twitter what boots he wears, as he was looking to buy a pair for his son, who is a massive fan of the striker.
Griffiths responded, and he not only said what boots he wears, he then offered to send the young supporter a signed pair of his Nike mercurial vapor boots.
The kind-hearted gesture was applauded on social media by supporters, who praised the Celtic striker for his generosity.
