No less than 10 individuals have been injured in an explosion on a bus in Jerusalem, the Israeli rescue service has stated.
Preliminary indications recommend it was a militant assault, police stated.
Tv footage confirmed smoke billowing from a burned-out bus on Derech Hebron within the southwest of the town.
The explosion comes amid a wave of Palestinian assaults on Israelis, most of them stabbings.
