Police Scotland are continuing to investigate an assault and attempted robbery involving a knife that took place in Glen Court, Muirhouse, Motherwell, at about 8.55pm on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.
They are now releasing images of a man they want to trace in connection with this incident.
Detective Constable Stewart Davis is keen to speak to the man pictured. He is described as wearing a black tracksuit with a black baseball cap and carrying a black rucksack.
