Four Whitburn Academy pupils will travel to South America to work with vulnerable children.
Teenagers Stephanie McLean, Cameron O’Boyle, Ellie Moffat and Abigail Mithchell from Longridge need to raise £12,000 in total to meet the cost of their travel and stay.
They will travel to Peru to help and support youngsters in schools and orphanages.

A number of fundraising events will take place before the end of July to help offset the expense.
Recently they held a family quiz night in the local community centre and raised £750 towards the visit.
The Vine Trust in partnership with Whitburn Academy will oversee 19 pupils travelling to South America providing them with an invaluable experience in bringing much-needed relief to
the Peruvian children.
