Sentence was last week deferred on a hepatitis C sufferer who spat on a police officer.
Lynn Horner, 50, of Witch Road, Kilmarnock, pleaded guilty to assaulting a male constable while knowing that she suffered from the disease.
The offence was committed in Witch Road on April 23.
Sentence was deferred until April 28 at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court for a criminal justice social work report and a restriction of liberty order assessment.
