A girl of 13 was one of two people seriously injured in a crash on the banks of Loch Lomond .
The youngster was a passenger in a Land Rover Discovery which went out of control, crossed on to the wrong side of the road and hit a Land Rover Defender towing a horse trailer.
The woman driving the Defender was also badly hurt. She was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow .
The 59-year-old Discovery driver was unhurt. The horse in the trailer died.
The crash happened on the A82 between Duck Bay and the Stoneymollan roundabout at about 6.10pm on Wednesday.
