Ariana Grande has paid a 10-year-old victim of the Manchester terror attack a surprise hospital visit.
Jaden Farrell-Mann, from Denton, was badly hurt in the horrific attack at the Arena on May 22 – suffering fractures to both her legs and shrapnel wounds.
Her mum said the superstar’s hospital visit has put a huge smile on her daughter’s face, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Jaden has been at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital where she has undergone two operations.
Tonight the global superstar surprised Jaden and the other youngsters at the hospital as they were tucked up in bed.
Jaden’s mum Sharon said her daughter was absolutely amazed.
She added: “Jaden was just sat there watching TV and she walked in. She was absolutely amazed. It was a complete surprise.
“She’d met Prince William earlier today and then Ariana walked in.
“She has a big smile anyway but it got even bigger, Ariana gave her a hug and a kiss, she was in awe.
“It was absolutely fantastic to see, she was so happy.”
Ariana is back in Manchester to perform a huge benefit concert following the horrific terrorist attack at her Arena show which saw 22 people lose their lives.
Ariana, 23, will headline the show at the Emirates Old Trafford this Sunday, which aims to raise millions for those injured and bereaved by the suicide bomb with a line-up including Coldplay, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, One Direction star Niall Horan, Take That and Usher.
The Black Eyed Peas, Little Mix and Robbie Williams have also joined the line-up.
The singer previously said the atrocity in Manchester has left her ‘broken’.
But she vowed to return to the “incredibly brave” city of Manchester to play a benefit concert for the victims of the arena attack.
