The lads accused of the one-punch demise of Brisbane teenager Cole Miller have had their issues adjourned till July so neurological reviews might be accomplished.
New Zealand-born Armstrong Renata and Daniel Jermaine Lee Maxwell, each 21, have been charged with illegal hanging inflicting the demise of Mr Miller, in January.
On Monday prosecutors sought a six-week adjournment so neurological and different medical studies might be finalised earlier than being despatched to the pair’s legal professionals.
The matter will return to courtroom on July four.
It is alleged Renata and Maxwell attacked the 18-yr-previous within the early hours of January three in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.
