JOHANNESBURG – KwaZulu-Natal police will proceed monitoring the state of affairs in Kokstad following makes an attempt to burn down a faculty within the space.

It’s believed the dispute is over who will proceed as mayor and deputy after this yr’s native authorities elections.
The municipality says providers within the city have been suspended on account of threats of violence, with most outlets having to shut.
Police spokesperson Nyaniso Msiya says the problems are linked to politics.
