PRETORIA – Prosecutions boss Shaun Abrahams has introduced that the Nationwide Prosecutions Authority (NPA) will attraction the Excessive Courtroom’s determination which put aside the withdrawal of felony expenses towards President Jacob Zuma.

The Excessive Courtroom in Pretoria dominated final month that the 2009 choice to withdraw expenses was irrational.
Then appearing prosecutions boss Mokotedi Mpshe withdrew the fees after contemplating representations from Zuma, amongst them the so-referred to as Spy Tapes.
Abrahams says the choice by the courtroom impacts the legally protected discretion of prosecutors, to determine whether or not to prosecutor or not.
“This is a vital matter of precept which impacts all prosecutions. I consider it wants a choice from an attraction courtroom.”
Abraham says he consulted extensively.
“My determination has been made after a lot consideration, session with senior members of the Nationwide Prosecuting Authority and after acquiring authorized recommendation from senior counsel.”
