Courtroom hears software to strike Jiba and two different senior prosecutors from roll

A courtroom software that would see three senior prosecutors‚ together with deputy prosecutions head Nomgcobo Jiba‚ struck from the roll of advocates started on Monday.

Jiba‚ head of the Nationwide Prosecution Service‚ Specialised Business Crime Unit head‚ Lawrence Mrwebi and North Gauteng director of public prosecutions Sibongile Mzinyathi have been the topic of scathing criticism in 4 courtroom judgments.
