&#thirteen; CAPE TOWN – Authorities have closed Baden Powell Drive as a result of a violent protest. A number of motorists have been reporting seeing tyres burning within the neighborhood of the sewage works. A motorist says the state of affairs is tense. “An enormous hearth has been began on the street. There are individuals gathering and the state of affairs appears very tense. I simply managed to get move however I feel there are nonetheless individuals caught there.” At this stage, it’s not clear what this protest is about.
