NSW Police are investigating the incident, which they are saying occurred as a forty four-yr-previous man was repairing a automotive in Kyogle on Wednesday afternoon.
Police say they have been informed that as man tried to “roll begin” the automotive, it rolled backwards over the person’s 19-month-previous son.
