Youngsters from Riverside Early Schooling Centre have been over the moon to be the primary to check out a brand new Renton park once they attended the grand opening of the brand new play space.
Ten kids from the Renton nursery joined employees from Cordale Housing Affiliation (CHA) to re-open the Katherine Place Park after its £10,000 refurbishment by the Cordale Housing Affiliation Group Environmental Fund.
The nursery youngsters have been joined by quite a few different tots from the world to check the brand new play park gear with balloons and refreshments available.
The Katherine Place play park was chosen for the overhaul by the housing affiliation’s committee, and was kitted out with
model new gear for native youngsters to make use of.
And Margaret McCallion, chairperson of CHA, was delighted to have little helpers to assist have fun the park’s re-opening.
She stated: “We’re delighted to see the constructive impact the fund has had and the enjoyment the refurbishment of the Katherine Place Play Park has delivered to the subsequent era of Renton residents.”
