CAPE TOWN – 9 motorists have been arrested for driving underneath the affect throughout visitors operations throughout the Western Cape.
Officers examined greater than 860 drivers in a single day at so-referred to as alcohol-blitz roadblocks.
Visitors spokesperson Jacques Mostert stated, “One individual was arrested for false documentation and we additionally impounded two automobiles.”
Mostert has urged motorists to stick to the principles of the street.
“We need to urge all street customers to not combine alcohol with street use, we could have extra street blocks over the weekend within the province.”
