A developer has won permission for 16 new family homes in Maybole.
Alloway based Tom Bennet plans the two, three and four bed homes off Culzean Road.
The northern boundary to Culzean Road will retain the existing hedgerow and access will be from Burns Drive.
The site received permission in principal for housing on the edge of town land last year.
The designs of the homes and layout of the new Burns Wynd estate was approved by South Ayrshire Council this week.
